For housing societies

Complaints leave the WhatsApp group. The gate asks the flat.

A resident's WhatsApp message becomes a job with a clock that the committee can see. Guests, deliveries, cabs, domestic help and move-ins are answered from residents' own phones, in their own language. The committee sees the whole society. Each household sees only its own.

Guests and deliveries

Let them in from the lock screen.

The iPhone and Android apps ask the flat the moment a guest reaches the gate. Whoever in the household answers first decides, and the guard sees the decision. If nobody answers, the fallback your society chose takes over, such as a call to the flat.

  • Invite ahead. Share a link or a badge to WhatsApp, and the gate already knows them.
  • Your visitors are yours. One household never sees another's visitors, workers or entries.
  • Parcels with proof. Deliveries held at the desk are collected with a code sent to the household, not a signature on a register.

At the gate

One entry in hand. Nothing else to browse.

The guard's tablet shows the visitor in front of them and the flat's answer. Never the household's other visitors, never its history. When the line drops, expected visitors still get in from a list cleared in advance.

Domestic help
One card, each household's own schedule.

A cook working for three flats is let in on each flat's schedule. Each household sees attendance at its own flat, and nothing about the other two.

A police verification is sighted once, shown to another household only with the worker's consent. No Aadhaar number is captured.

Vehicles
The barrier opens while the plate holds a live permission.

Residents' cars, a guest's cab for the evening, the movers' tempo for four hours. When the permission ends, so does the barrier.

Keys and tools

Keys, cards and a contractor's tools are issued against a named person. What is not back when it should be is shown as overdue, not discovered at the AGM.

Residents join by code

A code gets you to the door. The flat lets you in.

  1. 1
    The committee shares one code

Up to 500 uses and 90 days. It is kept as a hash and shown once, and by itself it admits nobody.

  2. 2
    The resident names their flat

By its number, or its wing and number where two wings share one.

  3. 3
    Someone living there decides

When nobody lives there yet, the committee does. A decline says why, and each request is answered once.

Or load the whole society from one sheet: wing, flat, name, email or mobile, owner or tenant. Flats and households are made as needed, and loading it twice makes nothing twice.

Society code, shown once 7Q4K 9MZ2 Lotus Towers. 37 of 500 uses, valid to 12 Jan.

Maintenance for the society

The committee sees every job. Nobody chases on WhatsApp.

A resident writes on WhatsApp, in Marathi or Hindi or English, or sends a voice note. The intake agent raises it as them, finds the wing and the pump from the words, and folds the neighbours' messages about the same fault into one job. The facility team gets it with a clock, the committee sees it in the society's list, and each resident sees their own complaint move.

Lifts, pumps and fire safety stay on the statutory calendar, and the compliance agent reminds the facility team a week and a day before each is due. At the AGM, the secretary can ask the Assistant what the lifts cost this year and get an answer that cites every job.

Nine languages

The guard, the resident and the cook, each in their own.

Chosen on each phone or tablet in one tap. A guard reads Marathi while the flat answers in Tamil; the record is the same. For societies that switch translation on, what people type, a complaint or a note, reaches each reader in their own language with the original kept beneath.

Show it to your committee.

We will set up one wing with its flats, its guards and its languages, so the committee can see the gate work before the society decides.
