Six parts on one data model, with agents reading across all of it. The fault a sensor raised, the contractor it let in, the obligation it touched and the invoice it produced are the same record, seen from different desks. That is why an agent can cite it.
01 Work and maintenance
Planned on a desk. Closed on a phone.
Complaints, PPM and inspections share one backlog and one set of clocks. A WhatsApp message, an email or a BMS alarm arrives as a job; the dispatch agent proposes who should take it; the planner moves work, and the rules say yes or say why not.
- Moves go through the rules. Skills, rosters, leave, barred workers, permits and parts, with every refusal named. Undo for ten minutes.
- The phone works without signal. Jobs open, record and queue in a basement, and send themselves when the network returns.
- Held means held, with a reason. Waiting for a part, a shutdown or client approval stops the clock the contract says it may.
- Built to close in twenty seconds. Photo, one tap for the cause, done. The time kept is when the work was done. Twenty seconds is the design target, measured at the first pilot site.

02 Visitors and gates
Answered from the lock screen.
For offices and residential communities alike. A host shares a link or a badge; the visitor checks in by link, kiosk or phone; the flat or the host decides; the gate sees the answer.
Expected visitors are admitted from a list cleared in advance when the line is down.
A barrier opens only while the plate holds a live permission.
Domestic help on one card, goods out only on an approved pass.
A walk-in takes a token. The count is kept, not the person.
03 Compliance and audits
The law, on a calendar, a month ahead.
Each obligation carries its citation, its duty holder, its rhythm and the evidence it needs. When it is met, the evidence is sealed that day, ready for an inspector on site.

Rhythms are rules on the site's own state, so a drill moves to half-yearly when the occupancy date says so.

An external auditor reads it through a read-only link that expires, without an account that costs anything.
Audits are generated, rotated so nobody audits their own work, and sealed when they close.
Captured offline on the phone, and closed only when every defect is settled or deferred on the record.
It reminds a week and a day ahead, drafts the job, seals the pack and reads a new circular into draft obligations. People approve and file.
04 Spend and contracts
Every rupee at exactly one stage.
Requisition, approval, purchase order, receipt and invoice, matched three ways. Budgets by site, head and month. Service levels and credits computed from the work itself, against the same records both sides see; penalties proposed for a person to agree. The commercial agent reconciles each contract's month and drafts the variance note, citing every line.

05 Sensors and building systems
What the building senses becomes a job. Never a second inbox.
Your existing cameras and building systems, read by our edge agent on a box at the site. Video never leaves the site. A noisy detector suspends itself; a flooding source becomes one work order, not a hundred.

Runs the protocol adapters on any box, and the camera detectors once we have set up their vision model with you. Buffers when the line is down and sends whole batches, so a resend changes nothing.

Plant is written only under a policy someone signed.
BMS control of plant is off for every new customer. Your named owner sets a policy of sites, equipment, commands and value bounds, and attests it. We commission the site after testing the adapter on that plant. Two keys: yours for the decision, ours for the plant.

Anyone responsible for the site may press it. Queued commands are cancelled at once; values already written stay, and are listed for a person to check in the building system.
06 Agents
Agents propose. People decide.
Because everything is one record, an agent can read across it and point at what it read. It says only what a record supports, and every sentence cites the record. If it cannot cite it, it does not say it. Anything with money, safety or the law in it waits for a person.
