Buildings fail quietly. The people who keep them running are invisible.
Daiko exists to change both. We make the work of running a building visible, provable and fast, starting with the person holding the phone in the plant room, and we built AI to do the chasing so that people can do the work.

Why we exist
A chiller is serviced at dawn, two floors underground. A fire drill is run on a Saturday. A guard waves in delivery after delivery before lunch. When it goes right, nobody notices. When it goes wrong, nobody can prove what happened.
Too much of that work is still recorded on paper registers, in group chats and in spreadsheets assembled the night before an audit. The people doing it carry the building on their shoulders and get none of the credit, because none of the record is theirs.
We think the person in the plant room deserves a tool as good as the one in the boardroom, in their own language and working without signal. And we think the record they make should be the one everybody else reads: the FM company, the landlord, the occupier, the resident and the auditor, each from their own side.
That record is also what makes AI safe to use in a building. An agent that can read the whole record can turn a WhatsApp message into a job, keep the statutory calendar a month ahead and reconcile a contract's month, and it can point at every record it used. One that cannot point at its sources does not belong anywhere near a fire exit or an invoice.
What we hold to
Three principles, in every decision.
The record is the truth.
One record that every party reads from its own side, where nothing is edited in place. A number on a report opens to the work behind it, or it does not belong on the report.
The frontline first.
If it does not work for a technician with gloves on, in a basement, in Marathi, it does not ship. Everyone above them benefits from what they record, so they come first.
Agents propose. People decide.
Our agents do the chasing, the sorting and the reconciling, and cite the records behind every sentence. They earn autonomy on evidence and lose it the day they slip. Where money, safety or the law is involved, a person makes the decision, and the record says who.
Why green
The one colour every building already trusts.
The green of the exit sign gets people safely where they need to go, in buildings all over the world. Our mark is an open door: a way through. We use the green for one thing on any screen, the next thing to do, and let calm graphite and clean white do the rest.
